Shipping policy

When will my order ship out?
As we make each piece by hand they can take 4-6 days to make OR if the item is already in stock it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the parcel.

What are Australian shipping costs?
We charge a flat $10 shipping fee which includes tracking and you can choose to upgrade to express post for $13. Multiple items can be shipped in one order for the same cost.

What are the standard delivery times?

Overall shipping times vary depending on location. General estimates are:
Australia: 3-5 business days
Europe: 2-4 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-4 weeks
Latin America & the Caribbean: 2-5 weeks

Little Hurricane Co. cannot guarantee shipping times once orders are dispatched as all estimates are that of the service provider.  Shipping is also dependent on the method chosen by the customer.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing tracking information and a link to check your parcel's progress.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide, excluding North America.

Will I have to pay customs charges?
This depends on the custom regulations in each individual country and will need to be checked with local authorities - Little Hurricane Co. is not liable for any charges once a parcel leaves Australia
