We make an effort to create jewellery that you will love & cherish. I will only ever send you something that I would personally be happy with.
Please note that we are only able to provide refund or exchange in limited circumstances.
Being a small completely handmade business, we do not accept 'change of mind' returns. If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, we will be happy to replace it or refund the purchase. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can resolve any issues quickly.
Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when shipping the item back to us as we cannot be held responsible for an item lost in transit.
Any item you wish to exchange must be notified within 7 days of delivery and all items must be received within 14 days of delivery.
Customised or personalised orders are not valid for exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
