Shipping
When will my order ship?
Every piece is made by hand, so if your item isn't already in stock please allow 4–6 days for me to make it. In-stock pieces ship within 1–2 business days. The moment your parcel is on its way you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
How much is shipping within Australia?
Flat $10 tracked shipping Australia-wide, no matter how many pieces are in your order. Orders over $100 ship free. Need it sooner? Express post is $15.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide, excluding North America. International shipping is a flat A$25 and typically takes 2–5 weeks depending on where you are. Any customs charges are set by your local authorities and aren't something Little Hurricane Co can control or cover.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
As a small, completely handmade label I'm not able to accept change-of-mind returns. But if your piece arrives faulty or damaged, I'll happily replace it or refund your purchase — just contact me within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it quickly.
Can I exchange a piece?
Yes — let me know within 7 days of delivery, and the piece needs to reach me back within 14 days. Return postage is at your cost, and I recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for parcels lost on the way back. Customised and personalised orders (including bridal preservation work) can't be exchanged.
The Jewellery
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Almost — but never exactly. Every piece holds real flowers I've pressed by hand, and no two blooms are identical. That's the point: yours is one of a kind.
How do I care for resin jewellery?
Keep it away from perfume, sunscreen, sanitiser and prolonged direct sunlight, take it off before swimming or showering, and clean with a soft damp cloth. Full details are on the care instructions page.
How do I find my ring size?
There's a simple at-home method using string and a ruler — see the ring sizing guide. If you're between sizes, go larger, and email me before ordering if you're unsure.

Can you preserve my wedding bouquet?
Yes — bouquet preservation is my favourite work. Your real wedding flowers, preserved in eco-resin as keepsakes ranging from earrings to heirloom art blocks. Bookings are limited each month, so read about the process here and get in touch early.

After spending 20 years in the corporate world, Liat was surprised to find that becoming a mother brought out her creative side; and rather than returning to IT Project Management as her children grew older she turned her hobby into her work.
Liat creates all of the Little Hurricane Co. lines in her home studio and works with environmentally sound materials, such as eco-resin, which is a petroleum free, bio-based product.
Liat often collects the botanicals from her garden or from the bush on the outskirts of the city and then carefully presses and dries each one, ready to be preserved into delicate, ephemeral, wearable art. Each piece is meticulously crafted and can take 5-7 days to make from start to finish – from the foraging, to the casting, to the moulding, to the final polish.
On the weekends, Liat can more often than not be found showcasing her work at handmade and design markets around Victoria and interstate.
She loves nothing more than chatting to people about turning their precious flora – and therefore their memories - into customised jewellery; especially when it comes to working with bridal bouquets.
